Put on your sunscreen and hat and prepare for an adventure of a lifetime. Travel in your safari jeep as you discover the animals that live deep in this wild terrain. Children love to learn about animals, especially animals that they don't see in their backyard. Lions, Tigers and of course monkeys (not the flying sort though) are a hit with this jungle theme.
I always like to incorporate vines throughout my classroom. This can be incorporated by taking brown or green bulletin board paper and cutting it into long strips. Crinkle it up to look like a vine and place strategically around your classroom. I also like to place trees and leaves around the room. Below are a few helpful suggestions for classroom displays.
